This supplement has a blend of Sea Moss, Burdock Root, Bladderwrack powder, and Muira Puama, all of which have long been used in folk remedies. You can Google them to see the benefits they are thought to have. The recommended dose is three caps per day and there are 120 caps in a jar. You might consider starting off with one cap per day to be sure you don't get any side effects.

The product is made in the USA in a GMP(good manufacturing practices) approved facility, which are both good things. I would like to see a certification that it is analyzed by an outside lab for purity and potency, just as a double check on the internal QC lab. However, there is no breakdown on the relative concentration of the various extracts, so such a potency test might be meaningless.

I feel comfortable that this product is clean and sanitary and probably contains the ingredients claimed. I'm not qualified to assure that the ingredients will have the desired effect, but they're folk remedies of long use, so they probably do some good. I'm comfortable taking them.
